Edward McFarland Johnson was born in San Antonio, Texas on September 28, 1967.  He joined Wiggins, Childs, Quinn & Pantazis, P.C. because it offered him the opportunity to focus his legal expertise in complex litigation cases which he finds challenging and rewarding, and to represent clients who need a voice in the Courts.  Eddie excels in Oral Argument at trial and cases on appeal.  He is skilled at in-depth discovery and handling depositions, and is a persuasive negotiator. 

Noteworthy Case:

        Powell vs. Scripto - successfully prosecuted product liability action against grill lighter manufacturer for lack of child safety - accident resulted in deaths of three children under the age of 5.

        Managed Care Litigation - Successfully managed discovery portion of nationwide racketeering and conspiracy action brought on behalf of physicians against the Managed Healthcare Industry.
